Dr. Andrew Hartmann is fellowship-trained in upper extremity surgery and specializes in hand, elbow and shoulder surgery. He strives to provide effective and innovative treatments for his patients. Dr. Hartmann believes combining surgical expertise with state-of-the-art techniques is essential to provide the best outcomes and improve quality of life.
Dr. Hartmann works closely with his rehabilitation team to customize treatment programs and restore function. Dr. Hartmann was drawn to medicine by a love of science and the complexity of the human form; however, he finds that patient care is the most rewarding aspect of his practice. When not in the office or operating room, he enjoys spending time with his family, surfing and travel.

Dr. Anuj Gupta is a dedicated pain management specialist and anesthesiologist. His insightful approach to analyzing patients' needs garners trust among his patients. He is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine and is a member of the San Diego County Medical Society.
Dr. Brian H. Weeks, MD is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery & a candidate member of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery and the American Academy of Facial Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery. He is also an active member of the San Diego Society of Otolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery. He has authored or presented numerous scientific works focused on head and neck tumors, skull base disorders, and head & neck reconstruction.

Dr. Douglas Dobecki is a dedicated Medical Doctor, who is fellowship-trained in pain medicine and is focused on state of the art interventional pain management therapies. He believes in a personalized approach to all treatment plans and strives to provide expert patient care in a compassionate and personalized manner. Every consultation with Dr. Dobecki begins with a face-to-face meeting.
His focus on personalized treatment and care allows Dr. Dobecki to provide comprehensive care for all his patients. His practice includes a full range of injection therapies, pain medication management and chronic pain management. His clinical and research interests include injection and spinal cord stimulation for the treatment of chronic spine pain.
When not treating patients, Dr. Dobecki enjoys spending time with his family and stays active by surfing, running, snowboarding and cycling.
Dr. Garett Tallman is fellowship-trained in ankle and foot reconstruction. He specializes in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery and offers a full range of orthopedic services. An athlete himself, Dr. Tallman believes everyone should be able to continue their active lifestyles, regardless of age, and strives to improve quality-of-life for his patients.
Dr. Boghosian completed his fellowship training at the Cleveland Clinic, where he gained extensive experience in minimally invasive techniques to treat osteoarthritis of the hip and knee.

Dr. Johnson is a member of the American Medical Association, California Medical Association, American Academy of Foot and Ankle Society, and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery. She is also a diplomat of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
Being available, affable and able are rules to which Dr. Downing ascribes. With the ever-changing medical delivery climate, new and equally if not more important rules, including evolving, engaging and putting forth effort, are guiding his mode of practice. Being able to evolve and be adaptable and flexible and willing to take on new clinical and administrative skills has proven him very useful. Being willing to engage and take on issues and not ignore reality has also helped his orthopedic surgery practice to grow. Lastly, all of this has required great effort and has been far from easy.
Dr. Downing strives for meticulousness and attention to detail in all of the general orthopedic and hand/upper extremity care he provides to his patients. This has led to successful desired patient outcomes, even in the face of devastating injury/disease.
Dr. Downing sub specializes in the care of the upper limb, including the shoulder, arm, elbow, forearm, wrist and hand, and he prides himself in taking his time and utilizing his maximal effort and critical thinking for each patient. Most importantly, he gives his patients the time and attention they need, despite the pressures of a hurried health care environment. Dr. Downing treats all of his patients as if they were a family member, and this keeps his patients exceptionally happy with his treatment decisions. He frequently will have patients returning for continued care of other body parts or sending their own family members, close friends, neighbors and/or co-workers to see him for orthopedic care. Lastly, Dr. Downing and his patients have strong pacts with each other to comply with treatment decisions made together and this holds both the patient and Dr. Downing accountable to work hard together to improve the orthopedic problem initially presented by the patient.
Dr. Downing's overall goal is to accurately diagnose his patients' conditions and to provide his patients with reasonable treatment options.
When not in the office or operating room, Dr. Downing enjoys spending time with his growing family and traveling. Exercising heavily and eating well routinely are integral parts of his health maintenance and allow him the continued drive he requires to fully enjoy his personal and professional pursuits.
