John M. Berry - President

John M. Berry, PhD, assumed the role of COTC president on January 1, 2019, and is the college's second sole president. He was unanimously selected by the COTC Board of Trustees after a nationwide search. Having previously served as director of student life at COTC, Berry returned to the college after positions at Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington, North Carolina; Rhodes State College in Lima, Ohio; and most recently, BridgeValley Community and Technical College in Montgomery, West Virginia.

Marion Mulligan Sutton

Marion Mulligan Sutton is retired chairperson of Jones Metal Products Company in Coshocton County. She was the third chair of the company, following her father and grandfather. Prior to work in manufacturing, she held management positions in hospitals in Pittsburgh and New York City. She holds a BA in English from Carnegie Institute of Technology (now Carnegie Mellon University) and an MS in Medical and Hospital Administration from the Graduate School of Public Health at the University of Pittsburgh. She serves on the boards of the Johnson-Humrickhouse Museum Foundation and Clary Gardens Foundation in Coshocton. She previously served on the boards of the Coshocton County Port Authority, Coshocton County Airport Authority, Coshocton C.A.R.E.S. and the Finance Committee of the Coshocton Foundation. Her association with COTC began as a member of the Coshocton Campus Campaign Cabinet. She and her husband, Thomas D. Sutton, reside in Keene Township, Coshocton County.

Mark S. Law

Dr. Mark Law is an eye physician and surgeon at the Center For Sight in Newark since 1992. Law holds a bachelor of science in chemistry from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a graduate from the Medical College of Virginia. He specializes in cataract surgery and treatment of various ocular diseases. Law has served on several boards and organizations in central Ohio.

A partner at Newark, Ohio law firm of Reese Pyle Meyer PLL since 1989, Crawford is a 1981 graduate of Indiana University Bloomington School of Law, where he was the managing editor of the Indiana Law Journal. Crawford has extensive experience in litigation, general business and real estate law. ​With regard to litigation, Crawford has litigated cases in courts ranging from local municipal courts to federal courts in Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, and has tried numerous jury trials in several central Ohio counties. The subjects of these jury trials ranged from personal injury (both for plaintiff and defendant), employment and real estate. On the transactional side, Crawford has considerable experience in business acquisitions and sales, real estate transactions and has performed estate planning for a variety of clients. Over the past several years, Crawford has been actively involved in civic affairs, serving as president of the Granville Village Exempted School District School Board, the Granville Recreational Commission (now the Granville Recreational District) and the Granville Kiwanis, as well as serving on the board of the Granville Community Foundation. Crawford is currently the acting president of the Center for Disability Services in Newark and also serves the Blue Aces as the announcer for Granville High School home football games.​

Rhoda S. Warnock - CEO

Rhoda Warnock is the CEO/CFO of Coshocton Grain Company. She began her career as a computer specialist at CGC following her graduation from Central Ohio Technical College in 1984. Rhoda currently serves as vice president of the Montgomery Foundation, Director of Our Town Coshocton, and Director for the Ohio Agribusiness Association. Some of her awards and recognition include the 2010 Distinguished Alumni award from the Ohio Association of Community Colleges, being named one of the COTC 2022 Fifty Notable Alumni, the 2013 Friend of 4H for Coshocton County and the 2001 YWCA BPW Women of Achievement Agribusiness Award. Additional leadership roles have included president and vice president of the Ohio Agribusiness Association Educational Trust board, treasurer for a successful levy campaign for the 4H program in Coshocton County, director for the Coshocton County Port Authority, the National Grain & Feed Association Country Elevator committee and the OSU Extension Coshocton County Advisory Committee. Rhoda has two adult daughters, Courtney and Danielle and is married to Ron Warnock. They reside in Coshocton County.
