Bruce Stephens - COO

With over 36 years of engineering and construction business, Bruce is a veteran of the petrochemicals, power generation, and mining energy industries. He brings knowledge and strategies for the execution of complex projects in a global setting. His work for two of the largest EPC companies in the world has seen his responsibility increase throughout his career. Bruce wants to be a part of the team that grows CSFCO in revenue and efficiency while bringing value to our clients. He is tasked with implementing daily operations, aligned with that goal and the company's strategies.

Charlice LaFavor - CEO, Chairman

Charlice now serves as CEO and Board Chair for CSFCO Inc. Her long-time experience with the company ensures what needs to be done gets completed thoroughly and on time. Her procedural knowledge of each sector of the business makes her a vital asset to the company.

Greg Wooten

Job Titles:
  • Chief Risk and Facilities Officer
  • Member of the North Alabama Workforce Development Alliance
With over 13 years of chemical and construction experience, Greg has provided leadership and guidance in the establishment and maintenance of various maintenance, safety, and employee programs. For the past 3 years, he has worked on developing our safety/risk management program into a solid foundational aspect of CSFCO. Additionally, Greg manages our asset and training programs. Greg serves as a member of the North Alabama Workforce Development Alliance, Associated Builders and Contractors North Alabama Safety Committee and American Society of Safety Professionals.

Phillip Daymond - CFO

Phillip is responsible for finance and administration at CSFCO and brings over 30 years of experience where his duties have included direct responsibility for finance, accounting, human resources, IT, and international trade. A Certified Public Accountant, he began his career in public accounting before serving as CFO and a principal in a variety of industries that include manufacturing, specialty construction, heavy construction and mining, and oil and gas. Phillip's expertise is essential to the planning, implementation, managing, and running of all the finance activities of CSFCO, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations.

Terry Welch

With over 38 years of business and manufacturing experience, Terry is a veteran of the chemicals and energy industries. He brings expertise, insights, and strategies that lead to organizational renewal and value creation in a global company. His work for and with multinational corporations has given him the opportunity to demonstrate his ability to perform at all organizational levels with a creative and flexible management style focused on problem-solving to achieve results. Terry has served on numerous councils and boards in the areas of chemicals, manufacturing, process safety, environmental management, energy, and sustainability.

William Reid

As a Global Sales Executive with more than 25 years experience coordinating client needs and corporate capabilities to insure successful projects. William Reid brings not only a track record of success but a strategic mind and dynamic relational approach to CSFCO. Reid is a seasoned sales professional, as well as a sought out, motivating manager and leader. Building world-class sales teams through selection, acquisition, training, and continued development is a specialty. With varied experience across industries including power, petrochemical, LNG, and oil, Reid is known for his analytical thinking. He is highly skilled at both developing and executing sales strategies that target specific market segments establishing key partnerships, stabilizing company revenue, and penetrating new markets

Willie LaFavor - President

Willie began working at CSFCO, his father's business, at a very early age. He continued to work part-time while enrolled in Calhoun's business and pre-engineering studies. During this period of time, he continued to pursue his passion for building. While continuing his education and being mentored, he gained credentials as a State of Alabama Certified Master Gasfitter, Certified Master Plumber, and Certified Welder. In 1992, Willie was given the opportunity to lead a small group of maintenance craftsmen at a local facility. Soon thereafter, he began independently managing smaller maintenance and capital projects. Throughout the '90s, he continued to assume higher responsibility within the company, managing multiple crews at multiple sites. His focus within the company was often directed towards opportunities for improvements, or as he considers them, "the specialty projects". Whether it be improving the safety programs, implementing quality systems, or facilities planning, for the overall success of the company. In the late '90s, Willie's parents started delegating more corporate responsibility and in 2002 named him as President. Today, Willie is the President of CSFCO, which currently employs approximately 200 individuals. Willie is a member of the Rotary of Decatur Noon-Day Club.
