Cristina Vicini is the founder of Vicini Strategy, serving as a board member and an adviser to international high-tech companies, to international organisations and to NGOs headquartered in Europe and North America, with a special focus on Cross-Sector Innovation Ecosystems & Deep-Tech, International Business and Scale-up Strategy (tech-to-market), Business Competitiveness (business models, IPR, AI), Company Governance, ESG and Impact investing (SDGs). Well established with the international organisations in Brussels, Cristina is an accredited member of IFA** (Administrateur ASC*), the French Institute of Directors; GUBERNA**, the Association of Board Members in Belgium; and Chapter Zero (Directors' Climate Journey). Before founding Vicini Strategy, Cristina held international management and leadership positions in Europe with global technology Blue Chips (Microsoft, Siemens, Deutsche Telekom, Volkswagen), with the international organisations in Brussels, with the family-owned high-tech SME in Italy and as an entrepreneur, with experiences spanning from R&D, strategic positioning and multi-million business development, up to C-level P&L roles. Cristina is fluent in five languages, holds an executive certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan (including Corporate strategy and Innovation ecosystems), an executive certificate from Harvard Kennedy School (Leading in Artificial Intelligence: Exploring Technology and Policy; and Cybersecurity: The Intersection of Policy and Technology), a Masters of International Management from Boston University and a Masters with honors in Computer Science from the University of Brussel s (ULB).
