DAR MENARA

Dar Menara is a sustainable real-estate development project in North Africa being developed by First Summit Energy. Dar Menara has acquired ownership of 94 hectares of beautiful oceanfront property nestled at the base of several small mountains. Sandy beaches, exotic rock formations and extraordinary flora define this "one of a kind" location. Phase 1 will consist of up to sixty energy-efficient intelligently designed "bungalows" which are part of several douars optimally positioned along the south-east corner of the Project site. Each bungalow will have a permanent dedicated beachfront location that uses seasonal tent structures to accommodate residents during the summer months. The Project will include a "boutique" hotel as well as a community center which will include cultural, historical and educational opportunities. A center for wellness and health, including basic medical services and access to a physician, will be located near the hotel.
