Recently DM&A was contracted to work with six VA Medical centers on our Federal Governments grant "Healthy Food Initiative." Part of the program was to decrease fat and sodium levels in all patients' (Vets) recipes/food. I had amazing successful results when adding herbs to maximize flavors in soups, sauces, entrees, and vegetables. We also used fresh herbs to garnish food: cilantro, rosemary sprigs...
