Cindy has been in the printing, promotional products, and logo apparel business for four years and brings a strong sales and client relations background to the Fineline team. Cindy's expertise of the ASI and apparel industries gives her the capability to research and procure the very best products for our clients. She is a great communicator, a stickler for details, and takes pride in her ability to develop and maintain longstanding relationships.

Jim is a 30+ year versatile printing professional experienced in customer service, sales, project management, operations, vendor management, large format, offset printing, and mailing services. He is a strategic thinker and collaborator who enjoys using his vast experience with various organizations to be your go-to support person.
Jim received his Associate's degree in printing technology at Vincennes University. He is a husband and proud girl dad of two young ladies. His family would say he is an above-average amateur chef. Jim enjoys cycling and taking long walks with the family dog in his free time.
Joe has been in the printing industry for 20+ years, as a production manager for 10 years he has a thorough understanding of customer needs and the production requirements of products. Joe is always a friendly liaison and negotiator for customers and suppliers.
He has held other roles at Fineline, including Production Manager of Fineline's Digital Division and Director of E-Business, and was also the lead trainer for Finelink™, our branded on-line procurement and document management solution.

Transitioning 10 years ago to the print industry, Kelly has gained experience with offset, digital and wide format printing, as well as mailing & fulfillment. Laurie brings a complete set of skills to Fineline from her printing and mailing experience that spans 30+ years. She began her career working in the mailing business for over 20+ years. During that time Laurie acquired many key skills, including customer service, supervision, management, critical thinking and problem solving. She transitioned to printing 10 years ago, which seemed a natural fit since her father owned and operated a printing company for many years. She has served in a variety of roles including estimating, project management and customer service. She pairs her strong work ethic with excellent communication to ensure customer projects are successful from start to finish.
When not working, Laurie loves spending time with family, including four grandchildren and relaxing at home with her husband. She enjoys kayaking, bonfires and snow. She is also actively involved in her Church and loves singing.

Matthew Arent joined Fineline in 2019 as the Director of Technical Solutions, Logistics and Quality. In 2022 he became our Chief Technology Officer. Matt brings 20 years of management, operations development and e-commerce knowledge. His previous roles have included Logistics, Digital, Fulfillment, E-commerce, Bindery, Mailing, Data Processing, Press Room, Prepress, and overall Operations/Plant Management. At Fineline, Matt uses his knowledge of e-commerce, logistics and fulfillment to continue providing the quality of services that our customers expect. Rich is responsible for strategically developing and strengthening Fineline customer relationships. He enjoys approaching each client with the goal of learning their business and becoming an integral part of their marketing and purchasing teams. He makes sure that every project he undertakes with each client is successful.
Having worked in the printing business since 1984, Rich is an expert in commercial offset printing, variable data management, and large format print production. He is particularly adept in guiding the manufacturing, non-profit and agency markets.
Prior to his joining the Fineline team, Rich managed six sales representatives for a leading Midwest graphics company where he helped grow company revenues from $2 million to $18 million.
He attended Parkland College in Champaign, IL, and enjoys hiking, biking and golf, and is active in his church.

As a trusted member of Fineline's Client Service team, Shelly makes sure customer needs are 100% accurate and clear as she deals with our internal production team. Shelly's primary mission is to take care of all client deliverables, from proofs to final products. She makes sure all work is clear, on time, and produced in the most cost effective way possible.
A customer service expert since she began in 1985, Shelly has been in the printing industry since 1991, working as a production coordinator and a commercial print buyer. Shelly has worked with local and national accounts in the areas of customer service, project management, and production control.
Shelly enjoys spending time with family and friends, singing and camping. A Deaconess at Rockland Christian Church, she is involved in mission trips within the United States and abroad.
