About Us Founded in 1987 by current President Randall A. Mann, Fluid Concepts is rooted in providing timely and emergency service to the manufacturing industry. Although a lot has changed in the over 30 years in business, our core principle remains of providing timely service to ensure your equipment is running at or exceeding your expectations. In 2009, we moved into our 12,500 square foot facility off Telegraph Road. In 2012 we added an additional 22,500 square feet to accommodate our growing service and parts department.
