What is FRA's Mission? Our mission is to protect and enhance military pay and benefits. It's our way of saying, "Thank you for your military service"!... Branch 316 is the largest FRA branch in Southwest Missouri and meets once a month from January to November on the 4th Thursday - check the calendar for specific times and locations... The Ozark Empire branch participates in patriotic events such as the Veteran's Day Parade, the Memorial Celebration at the Springfield National Cemetery and local Fourth of July parades. We also sponsor the Greater Ozarks Division of the Sea Cadets.
