(GCI) provides asphalt pavement consulting to State and Local Governmental Agencies, International Groups, Contractors and other consultants who are involved with asphalt materials. GCI specializes in assistance and training in understanding the technologies associated with asphalt materials. I provide practical solutions to understand the issues at hand, develop specifications and new technologies or forensic activities related to asphalt materials. As an experienced asphalt pavement consultant, I can provide project development, pavement design, and construction field support for agencies and contractors as well as pavement evaluation and forensic evaluation.
