Kyle Green has been working as a mortgage broker since 2006, and has carved out a niche as an investment property specialist since 2008. His years of experience working with the Real Estate Action Group and many other investors and investment groups has made him one of the go-to resources for financing investment properties in Canada.
He has been a top producing franchise agent in British Columbia since 2011! His articles have been featured in many publications such as the Vancouver Sun, The Province, Western Investor, Philippine Canadian Inquirer and more. One of his proudest awards has to be the REAG Joint Venture Award for his deal of the year in 2010, in which he closed on a $1.15 million property with $0 of his own money.
Kyle has been investing in real estate personally and his Cash Flow Analysis Spreadsheet - which he originally designed for himself - has been a huge hit with thousands of investors currently using it. Lisa Bridal is one of our Documents Managers here at Green Mortgage Team. She has worked in the financial industry for 14 years. Not only has she assisted clients with processing their mortgage files, she also worked a support desk for Mortgage Brokers across Canada in assisting with their challenging deals. Lisa grew up in the Small Business Industry with her parents, she started out young learning how to run a business and create a positive customer experience. She later moved on to become a Credit Solutions Specialist at a local Credit Union, helping people in tough times and assisting with their financial needs. From there she spent a year working within a Real Estate Company, learning the processes of sales and conveyancing of files. Lisa realized that her passion for meeting people and helping them build their dreams of purchasing a home was to be found within the Mortgage Industry. She is very compassionate, understanding and loves to assist clients in attaining their mortgages. When not working, you can find her with a rod in her hand fishing the local rivers, golfing at one of the many courses around town or camping this beautiful backyard of ours called BC. The financial aspect of home buying can be stressful and overwhelming, but they don't have to be, not with trained and caring professional like Lisa in your corner. Max is the General Manager at The Green Mortgage Team. Max grew up in the Lower Mainland and has lived in Downtown Vancouver for the past 6 years. Max grew up surrounded by the real estate investment world. From as young as 10 he has worked at his grandfather Ozzie Jurock's real estate events, stamping hands and taking tickets at the door. 15 years later he would be the General Manager of the Real Estate Action Group (2013-2018), as well as the current Event Planner & Manager of two of Western Canada's largest annual real estate conferences (Real Estate Outlook & Land Rush) for the past 6 years.
When he isn't thinking about real estate, he can probably be found spending time with his two rabbits, watching hockey or enjoying a concert.
