Anne-Laure Guillon has been a Director of the Board of HumanWare since 2020. She joined EssilorLuxottica in 2012 and held various positions of increasing responsibility in France and Japan, before being appointed VP Finance of Essilor International's Instruments Division in 2020.
Anne-Laure plays a key role in the implementation of strategic plans, performance monitoring, cost-benefit analysis and new financing for business development. She is a graduate of ESCP Business School (formerly the École supérieure de commerce de Paris) with a specialization in audit and management control.
Bruce Miles serves as Chief Executive Officer and on the Board of HumanWare. He joined HumanWare as VP Global Sales in 2015, leading the company's efforts on a global scale. For over 25 years, he held several executive level positions, including over 14 years in the optical industry with EssilorLuxottica.
He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an MBA from McGill University. Bruce serves on other boards including Assistive Technology Industry Association (ATIA) and GoodMaps «Maps with a Mission».

David Bradburn serves as the VP of Global Sales at HumanWare since 2020. Prior to joining HumanWare, he held various management positions in the U.S. market for multinational organizations in the assistive technology industry. He studied computer science at the University of Northampton.
He is the Chairman of the Executive Board of The Northeast Independent Living Program, a consumer-controlled support center that provides services and counseling to people with disabilities who wish to live independently in the community.
Denis Cohen-Tannoudji has been a Director of the Board of HumanWare since 2013. He currently holds the position of Senior VP of Smart Vision Solutions at Essilor, since 2017. Denis has held several leadership roles in innovation at Essilor since joining the company in 2004. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
Denis holds a Master's degree in quantum mechanics from the École Normale Supérieure (ENS) and an MBA from INSEAD, formerly the Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires. In his spare time, Denis is a speaker in many major cities around the world.

Gilles Pepin is the Chairman of the Board of HumanWare where he was the CEO for over 30 years. He acquired his expertise in assistive technologies at the Institut Nazareth & Louis-Braille and then founded HumanWare in 1988. Previously, he worked as a consultant for an engineering firm, where he carried out several projects in the fields of computers, telephony and telecommunications.
Gilles holds an engineering degree and a Master's degree in Digital Speech Signal Processing from the Université de Sherbrooke and a DEA from the Université de Rennes in France. He sits on several boards of directors and speaks regularly at international conferences on visual impairment and technology. Gilles is also a mentor to entrepreneurs in the technology sector.

Louis-Philippe Massé is VP Product Innovation at HumanWare since 2021. He joined HumanWare in 2014 as Director of Product Management. He remained there until 2017, when he left to pursue other projects and take on various management positions. He returned to HumanWare in 2021 to lead the company's product innovation efforts.
Louis-Philippe has more than 20 years of experience in fiber optics, 2D and 3D sensor design and product development. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Montreal and a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Ottawa.

Richard Nadeau is the VP of Operations at HumanWare since 2002. Under his leadership, he oversees the product manufacturing teams, including production, supply chain management, distribution, and service.
A keen strategist with a solid track record, he has over 36 years of experience in multinational companies, where he has led production optimization and streamlined operations following mergers and acquisitions. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.

Yohan Le Vasseur has been HumanWare's Vice President of Finance since 2008 and also heads the Information Technology department. He brings 24 years of experience in financial management for multinational companies, with a focus on strategic planning, treasury and risk management, international accounting and reporting, and business and operational performance optimization. He is a CA, CPA and CMA and holds graduate diploma in accounting from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
