Danny Germain

Danny has over 20 years of experience in developing regulatory strategies, leading registration and supporting the launch of pharmaceutical and biologic products in Canada at Cato Research, Shire, Avir Pharma / Laboratoire Riva and, since January 2022 at JAMP Pharma as Vice-President, Regulatory Affairs. Danny also serves as co-leader for the Regulatory Affairs option of the master's of pharmaceutical science and drug development program at the University of Montreal and sits on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Professionals in Regulatory Affairs (CAPRA), where he has been a volunteer, since 2003, on the symposia committee. Danny is also an author of a book published by RAPS, entitled Fundamentals of Canadian Regulatory Affairs. He holds master's degree in pharmaceutical science and Drug Development (Regulatory Affairs) from the University of Montreal, an MBA from Laval University, and the RAC and CCPE certifications. His vision: to optimize time-to-market for the sake of providing safe and effective options to patients.

Emmanuelle Péladeau

On the strength of her bachelor's degree in social sciences and her certificate in human resources management, Emmanuelle is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and has accumulated more than two decades of experience in HR. Her work has also included many years in the digital media field, where she rose through the ranks in different levels of HR management. Emmanuelle joined the JAMP Pharma Group in October 2018 as Director, Human Resources, and was promoted to Vice-President, Human Resources in March 2021. A member of the Executive Committee, she is responsible for designing, guiding and overseeing strategic and operational management of workforce planning, corporate culture, talent acquisition, talent development, compensation, benefits, labour relations, employee engagement, and diversity. She guides the various HR initiatives so they support the company's growth strategy. Working in a context of rapid organizational change, she bases her vision of human resources on a constant desire for our corporate culture to evolve. The goal is always to provide our employees with a rewarding workplace that values them as the heart of the company.

Genia Radeva

Holder of a bachelor's degree in science (specializing in physiology and mathematics), Genia pursued her master's degree in pharmacotechnology and biopharmacy in Paris, within a prestigious program in the field of galenics. She then began her career as a galenic pharmacist in the research and development of solid and liquid oral formulations. She obtained PMP certification in 2010 and completed her MBA at the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in 2014. With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Genia has been employed by JAMP Pharma since 2014. She began as Director, Product Development, but has held different roles in recent years, including Senior Director, Third Party Operations; and Associate Vice-President, Business Development, OTC/NPN Product Development and Commercial Operations. Starting in May 2022, she held the role of Associate Vice-President, Market Access and Commercial Operations, and was later promoted to Vice-President, Market Access and Commercial Operations.

Gérald Soucy

After earning a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Sherbrooke, Gérald began his career as an economist for the federal government, a position he held from 1988 to 1990. He then completed a master of business administration (MBA) program at the University of Sherbrooke, and received his degree in 1992. He then held the position of Logistics Director at Danone, where he focused on integrating planning and customer service activities with logistics, so as to lay the groundwork for a new department and allow the company to enhance the flexibility of its operations. Gérald joined the JAMP Pharma Group in 2006 and holds the position of Vice-President, Planning/Logistics/SAC. He plays a central role in ensuring the availability of stocks on time, in sufficient quantity and at economic cost, in a context of continual accelerated growth. With the support of the company's technical teams, his department strives to offer customers the highest quality of service in the industry.

Jason Frame

As an experienced leader in business strategy and development, Jason is motivated by a desire to improve the Canadian healthcare landscape by reducing healthcare costs and ensuring a stable supply of treatments and medicines. As Vice-President of National Sales at JAMP Pharma, he leads teams that are recognized for driving the accelerated growth of JAMP Pharma all across Canada. Together they have helped to make JAMP Pharma a key supplier in the Canadian pharmaceutical industry. Jason has also had tremendous success at building businesses in long-term stable growth environments and hyper-growth models in the United States and Canada. Kang Lee

Kang is called to the Bars of Ontario and Quebec. He was named "2022 IFLR Rising Star (Americas)" by the London-based International Financial Law Review. He is a graduate of Queen's University (J.D.) and of University of Montreal (LL.B.). He also holds a B.Sc. in biochemistry from McGill University. » Prior to joining JAMP Pharma Group, Kang worked for several years for a large Canadian law firm and a multinational pharmaceutical company. He joined JAMP Pharma Group in January 2019 as Senior Legal Counsel and Chief Legal Officer. He has served as Vice President, Global Legal Affairs and Intellectual Property since November 2021. He is responsible for legal files related to intellectual property and related cross-border issues. His approach to legal affairs is to promote a holistic and pragmatic solution tailored to the pharmaceutical field, a complex and highly regulated industry.

Louis Pilon - CEO, President

Louis Pilon is a successful Quebec entrepreneur who transformed a company of 50 employees with a turnover of 5 million dollars into a company of more than 625 employees with a turnover of nearly 400 million dollars and growth attaining 30% year after year. In 1990, after completing his studies at Laval University, Louis began his career in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative at Bayer. He rose through the industry ranks before going into business for himself with the acquisition of JAMP Pharma in 2006. At the time, this British Columbia-based company was in financial difficulty. After moving its head office and operations to Quebec, Louis invested significant sums that would bring the company back on the path to success. As President and CEO, in recent years he has consolidated the position of the JAMP Pharma Group in Canada and extended its reach to the international market, such that JAMP Pharma is now present on all continents. The company has experienced exceptional growth in the last 5 years and has tripled its turnover. It is now the leading pharmaceutical company in Quebec in terms of prescriptions filled. Louis Pilon is the father of 4 children and is keen to transmit his family values to them. One such value is giving back to the community. Marc-André Huot

Holder of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from McGill University and a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Montreal, Marc-André began his career in a law firm specializing in intellectual property, and later joined the pharmaceutical industry as legal counsel for two generic drug manufacturers. He began working at the JAMP Pharma Group in 2021, where he holds the position of Vice-President, Legal Affairs. He is the father of three children, and loves to read in his spare time.

Mary Dimitratos

Mary chose to pursue her career in the pharmaceutical industry because of its many opportunities for projects that increase and facilitate access to medicines while improving the experience of patients, healthcare professionals, distribution network stakeholders and responsible drug payers. Mary earned a bachelor of commerce degree from Concordia University with a concentration in marketing and business management. She also obtained her Spanish proficiency certificate from McGill University. Subsequently, she returned to Concordia University for graduate studies in the master's program in administration and management. Mary already had over 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the food and medical industry when she joined JAMP Pharma in 2012, as Director of the Institutional Division. She established this department at JAMP and was in charge of developing it for almost 10 years. In 2017, Mary was promoted to Vice-President and joined the JAMP Pharma executive team. From 2018 until 2022, she also headed the Market Access department. Her next objective will be to establish the first international sales office of the JAMP Pharma Group. She began her new term as Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand in the fall of 2022.

Nancy Baron

Member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants, holder of a bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences and a certificate in Administration, Nancy has nearly 35 years of experience in finance. She worked many years with a venture capital company, investing in high technologies and telecoms at a national and international level, as well as in consulting engineering and financing firms. Nancy has extensive experience in financing, business acquisition, treasury, financial information, budget, taxation and management of multidisciplinary teams. Nancy joined JAMP Pharma Group in October 2014 as Vice President of Finance in charge of the entire finance function and transitioned in January 2023 to the position of Vice President, Special Projects.
