Audrey Poore Joyce is an associate with Jones Kelleher in the firm's Boston office. Audrey's practice focuses on personal injury and medical malpractice. Prior to joining Jones Kelleher, Audrey served as a judicial fellow to the Honorable Jacqueline Allen and the Honorable Genece E. Brinkley in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Audrey graduated cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2013. While at Temple Law, she was a staff editor on the Temple Journal of Science, Technology & Environmental Law and a member of the Women's Law Caucus. Audrey also participated in the Family Law Litigation Clinic, where she represented indigent clients through the Temple Legal Aid Office in child support and custody matters. Erin K. Thurston is an associate with Jones Kelleher in the firm's Boston office. Erin's practice focuses on complex personal injury matters. Since 2016, Erin has been selected for inclusion as a "Rising Star" in the area of personal injury by Massachusetts Super Lawyers, the Thomson Reuters lawyer rating service. Erin works on a variety of general liability cases, including motor vehicle, slip and fall, and construction matters. She has worked on a number of cases with international jurisdiction. Prior to joining Jones Kelleher, Erin worked with a boutique litigation firm. In this position, Erin participated in all stages of insurance defense litigation, including working with corporate clients in the investigation of fraudulent claims. Erin's experience working with insurance companies brings significant value to the representation she provides to her clients at Jones Kelleher. John F. Moran is Of Counsel at Jones Kelleher and concentrates his practice in workers' compensation, personal injury and Social Security disability cases. John graduated in 1972 from Boston Latin School, where he was a member of the National Honor Society. Timothy C. Kelleher III is a partner at Jones Kelleher and has been a trial lawyer since 1990. His experience has included the successful trial, arbitration, and mediation of a wide variety of cases over the last nearly 30 years.
