Audrey Poore Joyce is an associate with Jones Kelleher in the firm's Boston office. Audrey's practice focuses on personal injury and medical malpractice.
Prior to joining Jones Kelleher, Audrey served as a judicial fellow to the Honorable Jacqueline Allen and the Honorable Genece E. Brinkley in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Audrey graduated cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2013. While at Temple Law, she was a staff editor on the Temple Journal of Science, Technology & Environmental Law and a member of the Women's Law Caucus. Audrey also participated in the Family Law Litigation Clinic, where she represented indigent clients through the Temple Legal Aid Office in child support and custody matters.
Audrey received her Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University in 2009, and is a graduate of St. Mary's Academy Bay View in East Providence, Rhode Island.
A native of Smithfield, Rhode Island, Audrey currently resides in Barrington.
Donna R. Corcoran is a trial lawyer and partner at Jones Kelleher. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, and product liability.
Donna received her B.A. degree (magna cum laude) from Stonehill College. She graduated from Suffolk University Law School (cum laude) in 1985.
Selected as among the top 5% of practicing attorneys in Massachusetts and New England, Donna has been featured in the Massachusetts and New England Super Lawyers publications and recognized in Boston Magazine. Erin K. Thurston is an associate with Jones Kelleher in the firm's Boston office. Erin's practice focuses on complex personal injury matters. Since 2016, Erin has been selected for inclusion as a "Rising Star" in the area of personal injury by Massachusetts Super Lawyers, the Thomson Reuters lawyer rating service.
Erin works on a variety of general liability cases, including motor vehicle, slip and fall, and construction matters. She has worked on a number of cases with international jurisdiction.
Prior to joining Jones Kelleher, Erin worked with a boutique litigation firm. In this position, Erin participated in all stages of insurance defense litigation, including working with corporate clients in the investigation of fraudulent claims. Erin's experience working with insurance companies brings significant value to the representation she provides to her clients at Jones Kelleher.
Erin graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2014. During law school, Erin was an active member of the Women's Law Association, and earned an Honorable Mention in Oral Advocacy. Erin also worked as Legislative Aide for the House Committee on Ways and Means, as well as with a commercial litigation firm, representing unsecured creditorsthrough Chapter 11 bankruptcies.
Erin received her Bachelor of Arts from Boston College in 2010, and lives in Melrose, Massachusetts.
John F. Moran is Of Counsel at Jones Kelleher and concentrates his practice in workers' compensation, personal injury and Social Security disability cases. John graduated in 1972 from Boston Latin School, where he was a member of the National Honor Society. He graduated summa cum laude in 1976 from Boston College, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from Boston College Law School in 1979. John was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1979 and was admitted to practice in federal district court in 1980.
From 1979 to 1985, John worked as an attorney for the insurance company of a Fortune 500 company. From 1985 to 1995, he was an associate with the Law Offices of Bernard Cohen, Inc., representing injured people in workers' compensation, personal injury and Social Security disability claims. In addition to being Of Counsel at Jones Kelleher, John is also a principal in Ford, Mulholland and Moran, P.C.

He served on the Board of Directors at Catholic Memorial School of West Roxbury, Massachusetts from 1997-2005, was Chairman of the school's Board of Directors from 1998-2000 and Vice-Chairman from 2001-2004. He served on the Board of Trustees of St. Sebastian's School, Needham, Massachusetts, from 2003-2012. He has served on the Board of Directors at Citizens Energy Corporation, Boston, Massachusetts since 2000.
Patrick has served on the Board of Directors of the Pine Street Inn of Boston since 2010 and just completed a four year term as Board Chair. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island.

Paul L. Keenan is an associate with Jones Kelleher in the firm's Providence office. Paul's practice focuses on complex personal injury and medical malpractice matters. He works on a variety of cases, including motor vehicle, slip and fall, construction, product liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice.
Prior to joining Jones Kelleher's Providence office as an associate, Paul spent over three years working as a general liability litigation paralegal in the firm's Boston office while he attended law school.
Paul graduated magna cum laude from New England Law | Boston in 2019. During law school, he served as a member and editor of the New England Law Review. His Note regarding opioid crisis litigation was published in Volume 52 of the New England Law Review.
Paul currently serves as Chair of the Town of North Attleborough Commission on Disability. He is also involved with local non-profit organizations, including the Joe Andruzzi Foundation, where he serves on the organization's Young Professionals Council.

Ralph R. Liguori is a trial lawyer and partner at Jones Kelleher in the firm's Providence, Rhode Island office. Prior to this, Ralph was a partner at Cooley Manion Jones having joined the firm in 2006. He received his law degree from New England School of Law in 1993.
Ralph's practice has included general liability personal injury litigation, insurance subrogation, motor vehicle claims, medical malpractice, premises liability, and criminal litigation. Ralph has tried cases before judges and juries at all levels of the Rhode Island Court System, as well as various regulatory boards. He has also successfully resolved claims through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Ralph has lectured for numerous professional groups about safety, negligence, ethics, and personal injury topics, including the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Rhode Island Association for Justice.

Richard W. Paterniti is a partner at Jones Kelleher. His practice involves the litigation and trial of personal injury cases with a focus on medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence and product liability cases. Rich has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the country and has worked on trial teams that have successfully obtained multi-million dollar resolutions for injured clients at trial, arbitration and mediation. His practice also has included employment and commercial litigation. Throughout his career, Rich also has represented his clients on appellate issues. He and his partner, Pat Jones, recently obtained a landmark decision from the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in which the Court created new law in favor of the firm's clients.

Robert A. DeLello is a partner at Jones Kelleher. His experience includes successful resolution of claims through direct negotiation with insurance companies, mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal.

Timothy C. Kelleher III is a partner at Jones Kelleher and has been a trial lawyer since 1990. His practice focuses on civil litigation including serious personal injury cases, general liability, product liability, construction site litigation, medical malpractice, and civil rights litigation. His experience has included the successful trial, arbitration, and mediation of a wide variety of cases over the last nearly 30 years.
Since 2011 Tim has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the publications of Best Lawyers in America and Boston's Best Lawyers in the category of personal injury litigation, plaintiffs, and in 2017 Tim was also selected for inclusion in the category of product liability litigation, plaintiffs. The publication named Tim Lawyer of the Year, Product Liability Litigation Plaintiffs in 2018 and again for 2020, as well as Lawyer of the Year Personal Injury Litigation Plaintiffs for 2021.
