As a consultant with Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini, Kristin specialized in business change management/implementation, communications, learning and training, leadership development, and organization development. While at Ernst & Young, she became fascinated with interactive group process and the use of visuals and graphic facilitation in E&Y's Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE). Key E&Y clients included BellSouth, The Coca-Cola Company, and Eli Lilly. She was on the M&A team that brought together Ernst & Young Consulting, Gemini Consulting, and Cap Gemini in 2000, working in Paris for several months. She has been consulting and coaching independently in these same arenas since 2002. Her clients since then include Cingular Wireless, AT&T, the Centers for Disease Control, Premier Healthcare, GE Energy, NCR, and Nyrstar Tennessee Mines...
