Our Montessori school has been serving the educational needs of children in the Rancho Santa Margarita, CA community since January 1993. We are the first Montessori School in the RSM, Coto de Caza, Dove Canyon area with the majority of our business being through word of mouth, not advertising. We are a family run private school with a warm, relaxed atmosphere. We focus on family values, grace and courtesy, independent thinking, curiosity, self worth and compassion... Our staff are all long term professional Montessori teachers with most having tenure over 10 years here. Every classroom is fully equipped with the Montessori Materials, a Montessori Certified Teacher, and an additional teacher who has a minimum of an Associate's of Arts in Early Childhood Education. After a staff member has been with us for over one year and does not have a Montessori Teacher Certificate, we will pay for their Montessori Certification program if they contract to stay with us for an additional two years..
