Terry Lee

A Coach with Logos Learning, Terry began his career as a business journalist. As with many things that started with "what", he soon drifted to other "whats" - joining an established foreign exchange trading operations, co-founding a hedge fund, running someone's design business, starting a training arm for a non-profit and starting his own design business. What is common among these job changes is the urge to be heard, to be recognised as someone who adds value to whatever team he is part of. This is why he gets out of bed each day - to have people listen to him and to achieve more. In the first quarter of 2014, Terry sold his shares in his design business, travels half the time (this is an understatement), and involved himself with the kind of work that does the exact opposite - to listen. In this mid-life career switch, Terry simply wants to give to people what he wishes to receive - time, clarity, freedom, recognition and joy. By first listening to budding entrepreneurs' hopes and fears and by making resources click, Terry started businesses with them. Before the businesses strike gold, he does something that gives him immeasurable satisfaction. He coaches on life, business and creativity. Terry is currently an associate coach for Logos Learning's Finishing Wellâ„¢ coaching programme (Chinese language).
