Daniel Radin

Having been born in the former USSR and coming to Canada with his family when he was 10 years old, Daniel's passion for, understanding of and commitment to his clients are connected to his own and his family's experience as immigrants. He received his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Canada, after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Even while in law school, Daniel was an Immigration Division leader and case worker at both the Parkdale Community Legal Services and the Community Legal Aid Clinic at Osgoode Hall Law School. He practices exclusively in the field of immigration and refugee law, including refugee claims, sponsorships, appeals and Federal Court Judicial Reviews of refused applications. Daniel regularly represents clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court. He is fluent in English and Russian and has represented clients from all over the world. Daniel is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Refugee Lawyers Association of Ontario.
