Souer Company Limited was founded in 1988 as a company supplying technical assistance and services. The services offered encompass activities from, in some cases, project inception through to execution. In other cases the company's services are employed for specialized work such as technical and safety audits. Furthermore, the company is active in the technical training of personnel in the oil & gas exploration industries.
