Joshua Fraley has worked for Fraley & Fraley off and on since his Honorable Discharge from the Marine Corps 1st Tank Division H&S company Motor Transportation Platoon in 2008. His job duties vary greatly from day to day, however his primary function is WebMaster. Joshua has spent most of his life working on computers as well as designing web pages for friends and social groups. Now days, Joshua spends most of his free time playing with his 5 sons and 1 daughter in his backyard or at the park. His interests include metal smithing, wood working, sci-fi/fantasy books, and learning new survival skills.

Nedra A. Fraley

Nedra formerly was a California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization Certified Bankruptcy Law Specialist. She is retired due to health issues. However, she still takes all the necessary continuing legal education classes to maintain her California State Bar license "active" status and keeps up with the bankruptcy laws and Court decisions. Nedra is originally from Sacramento, but graduated from high school in Paso Robles, California in 1971. Nedra married Gary Ray Fraley in 1973. Nedra graduated from Brigham Young University earning a double major in both anthropology and archaeology in 1977. After helping Gary through law school and getting moved up to Sacramento, she started University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law when their first child was 6 weeks old. She graduated in 1984 with a Juris Doctor Degree, shortly before the birth of their second child. Even prior to graduation she had worked for several years in the law office doing much of the drafting of documents for the office. Nedra spends much of her time involved with her 7 grandchildren that live in the Sacramento area, painting and making jewelry. She was a member of Back Country Horsemen of California, where she was trained as a Wilderness Rider and volunteer mounted forest ranger. She taught seminars on Leave No Trace camping and Gentle Stock Use techniques. The Fraley's have an additional grandchild and a great-child on the East coast. Additional hobbies and passions are archaeology, reading science fiction, counted cross-stitch and genealogy, not necessarily in that order.

As a practicing bankruptcy law attorney with over 37 years experience, he has filed thousands of successful bankruptcy cases. He is one of only about 154 attorneys in California that is Certified by the State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a Bankruptcy Law Specialist. That State Bar Certification as a bankruptcy Law Specialist is held by only about 1/20 of 1 percent of all California bankruptcy attorneys. Gary Fraley is also one of the longest practicing Bankruptcy Law Specialists in the state of California. He has been teaching bankruptcy law issues and practice pointers to bankruptcy attorneys for many years. He grew up in Needles, California. He is a 1974 graduate of University of Southern California with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. Mr. Fraley graduated from the University of Los Angeles School of Law in 1977. Mr. Fraley's hobbies, passions, and loves are his wife Nedra, his kids and grandchildren, horseback riding & back country camping. He was for many years a volunteer mounted Forest Ranger in the Emigrant Wilderness, East of Sonora California. He has been involved in 4H youth programs where he was a horse project leader and still volunteers as a gymkhana horse show judge. He also has a passion for archaeology. He and his wife Nedra spent the summer of 1973 before they were married on an archaeology dig where they learned to work as a team on everything they do. He and his wife toured Turkey in 2006 and went to the actual walls of Troy as well as many other archaeological sites. He has been a Sunday School teacher and Elder's Quorum Counselor. He has also taught "Leave No Trace" camping and "gentle stock use" techniques to both youth and adult groups.
