Adams Street Associates, LLC is a short sale services firm established in July of2008, in response to the rising demand in the market for competent loss mitigation assistance. They are centrally located at Thanksgiving Point, Lehi and serve all of the state of Utah. They do consulting, trouble shooting, escalations and full file management. ASA works primarily for real estate agents and their clients to bring professional tools and expertise to the consumer side of the short sale process.
