She monitors TCEQ notifications with project managers and coordinates permit procedures with local authorities.

SUZI HILL - President

Suzi Hill has been a prominent figure in the specialized petroleum equipment installation industry since 1972. She joined the company as corporate secretary/comptroller, became partner and general manager in 1974 and president/CEO in 1977. She has engineered The Hill Company's evolution from its early specialty in equipment sales and underground storage tank installation to its position as industry leader in total system design, engineering, installation and repair. As chief operating officer, she supervises overall operation of the company from bid process through project completion.

TOMMY DILLARD SALES

Tommy Dillard joined The Hill Company in 1985 as an apprentice installer of underground storage tank systems. In 1988 he became a job-site supervisor/installer, consistently bringing projects to completion under budget and on schedule. Tommy was selected as one of two employees to attend cathodic protection training in 1989 and becoming certified as a cathodic protection tester.
