Our goal is to change why when people buy flowers... gems™ is represented by a collection of people from many different places. Every month we all meet to discuss goals and celebrate victories. We end our meetings with a "family meal" and celebrate our diversity by eating a different meal from a different culture each time... We are a flower company that aspires to never sell a flower. Crazy, right? We don't think so, and here's why. We believe the role of a business should be to serve, not to sell. It's not about us, the farm, or the millions of beautiful flowers grown.
