Donny Isaak joined RPM Mortgage, Inc. in 2003 and began his career as a loan originator working alongside the top producing loan advisors in the RPM Alamo branch office, thus establishing his deep knowledge of the retail mortgage industry. Prior to joining RPM, Donny worked in Project Management for some of the nation's largest wireless telecommunication companies overseeing the build-out of their wireless networks in California, Nevada, and Hawaii.
Donny has served in multiple management positions at RPM Mortgage. After originating loans, he became the Director of Business Development and Branch Manager of RPM's largest retail branch office in Alamo, California. Through his various roles, Donny has gained first-hand experience in mortgage production and support operations. He currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Branch Manager of the Alamo office. Aside from his management duties, he oversees the Quality Control, Legal, Human Resources, and Branch Operations/Licensing departments at RPM.
Donny is a graduate of the University of Southern California where he was a member of the 1991 National Championship tennis team and an Academic All-American in that same year. He lives in Alamo, CA and enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with his wife and children.
Ghassan Kanafani grew up in the Denver area and graduated from Colorado State University with a major in Finance. He started his career in the financial industry working in homeowner's assistance with JP Morgan Chase and found a passion in helping others achieve homeownership.
In 2002, he moved over to mortgage origination with a strong mortgage broker, Proffer Financial. During his five years of employment there he excelled as the number one originator. Proffer quickly promoted him to Senior Loan Agent and he also took on the role of managing 15 other employees. In 2007, Proffer partnered with RPM Mortgage in order to take advantage of their exceptional mortgage lending platform.
Today, as a Branch Manager and Loan Advisor for RPM, Ghassan's mission is to meet the needs of homeowners financially while practicing the highest ethical standards. Having the ability to offer clients the best possible service was and remains Ghassan's number one goal.
Kevin Kennedy is committed to providing his clients with personal attention and top notch service. Kevin prides himself on being not only a mortgage consultant, but a problem solver. Kevin has years of lending experience and has helped many families realize their dreams of owning a home. Whether it's a first time home buyer or someone who has less than perfect credit, Kevin has the knowledge and know-how to offer creative financing options. Kevin meets with his clients in-person and is available seven days a week to answer questions. Kevin takes the time to fully understand his clients' needs and goes the extra mile to get his clients the best rates and loan terms.
Kevin joined the RPM family in June of 2003. Prior to working at RPM, Kevin worked for a prominent Bay Area mortgage bank where he was an underwriter, wholesale rep, and loan agent. During these years of high loan volume, Kevin processed and closed thousands of home loans. This experience gave him a greater understanding of the overall home loan process and has helped him develop a mindset for creating specific mortgage solutions for each individual client.
Kevin was born and raised in the Bay Area and has spent most of his life living in San Ramon Valley. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Leah and daughter Kaitlyn. Kevin also enjoys cycling, music, and reading.
