John has played an instrumental part in developing and growing the business, having over 30 years experience in the industry. John takes a very hands on approach with the business and is dedicated to providing a premium washroom service to our customers throughout Scotland.

Laura Cunningham

Laura Cunningham is employed as the Contracts Advisor within our Contracts Department, she ensures all new business has a smooth transition from their previous supplier and arranges installation of all new equipment within a timely manner. Laura has a close relationship with our qualified operatives, ensuring that all works are carried out efficiently and effectively whilst striving to meet the client's requirements, providing satisfaction each time. Having been with the company for over 5 years Laura has great knowledge of the business and our products.

Lorna Dougal

Job Titles:
  • Sales Manager
Lorna Dougal is the Sales Manager of Greenleaf Hygiene Solutions (Scotland) Ltd. Lorna started her career with Greenleaf in 2009 in Telesales. Lorna was promoted to a Field Sales Account Manager in 2012, her drive, enthusiasm and friendly approachable nature made her successful in this role. Lorna was then promoted again to Sales Manager in 2016 after her return from Maternity Leave. She continued to develop and build lasting relationships with our new and existing clients. Lorna manages a team of 5 Sales Representatives and 2 Telesales Appointment Makers. Lorna is very involved with every aspect of the Sales Team ensuring that as a Company we continue to grow whilst ensuring that we always provide a premium service which our valued clients have become accustomed too. Lorna has been involved with helping adding new products to our ever expanding range to ensure we are delivering with what our clients want and that Greenleaf continues to offer innovative new products and services.

Michaela Barbour

Job Titles:
  • Service Controller for Our Service Department
Michaela Barbour is employed as the Service Controller for our Service Department. Michaela works closely with our operatives in house whilst ensuring that all scheduled work is carried out without any issues and that a high quality service is provided throughout. Michaela has been with the company for over 2 years and has grown within her role as Service Controller, having progressed from an administration role. Her knowledge of our customers, their services and our products is excellent. Michaela also likes to ensure that a high level of customer care is provided to all customers.
