We are located in a 120,000 sq ft warehouse in which 55,000 sq ft is dedicated to warehousing and a showroom-store for Basics' operation. Basic has been in business since the summer 1987... Don't be fooled by carpet cleaning suppliers and janitorial companies asking you leading questions to get more money from you for a machine. Some companies may ask you how much do you want to spend, who have you been checking prices with and what kind of pricing have you received so far. At Basic we publish our prices. Everybody gets the best price possible, no games.
