François is President, founder and managing partner of PIXCELL - Leader Recruiting Leaders, a Canadian-based Executive Search Firm he founded in November 2016. Before founding PIXCELL, François led Business Development for a software company throughout North America. At that time, he started developing his expertise and network of working with private equity and venture capital firms, a good part of his practice today. Following that experience, he joined another executive search firm, where he successfully developed an executive search practice throughout Canada's most prominent markets.

Jorge Segovia has over 30 years of professional business experience in multinational companies across diverse industries from food&agribusiness, automotive & telecommunication representing businesses including Sandoz Agrícola, Mobil Oil and Motorola Inc. Jorge has enjoyed exposure across a leadership spectrum in senior management positions in Customer Service, Logistics Supply Chain, Operations & Sales. He has had responsibility and accountability in the roles throughout worked Mexico nationwide with additional ownership for performance in Central America and Latam Northern regions. Jorge is a strong business development professional with combined synergy of engineering reasoning, commercial drive and people management solutions expertise in broad reaching (executive search, outplacement and social responsibility consulting). Jorge co-founded LYCANS Group in 2008 and is justifiably proud of his 20 years experience in contemporary executive search processes, and human capital consulting in diverse business sectors for national and multinational clients, searching for and introducing exceptional candidates from diverse areas of expertise in different countries across Latam Region. Jorge holds a BS in Agronomy Engineering, specialized in Crop Production from ITESM. In addition to his role as Regional Director Latin America he has led the CFR Global Executive Search Food & Agribusiness practice group for over 4 years.

Lukas Kühne, Managing Partner, Member of the Board of Director s. Lukas Kühne has a degree in history from the University of Bern and a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resource Management from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. Lukas has been immersed in the human capital industry since 2004. During his studies, he worked as a research employee, and from 2008 to 2014 he was Head of Research at the Meister Executive Search AG in-house research centre. Lukas has extensive experience in handling direct search mandates and was entrusted with the role of Project Manager in spring 2011, when Meister Networks was founded. He has been a partner since January 2015 and a Managing Partner and owner of Meister Executive Search AG since the beginning of 2020. Lukas joined the CFR Global Executive Search Group in 2011 and became Regional Manager EMEA in fall 2020. Over the past 17 years within the Executive Search industry Lukas has been able to gain extensive experience in the successful recruiting and selection of Management Positions in various industries. Marc brings more than 25 years of professional experience in executive search, HR consulting and strategic & operational HR leadership. Marc holds an MBA degree with emphasis on HR-Management from University of Applied Sciences in Munich. Marc is leadership assessor on executive level, experienced coach & change leader and certified HR Black Belt (Six Sigma). PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 2007 - Present | CANTOR Marc joined CANTOR - co-founder of CFR Global Executive Search - as Managing Director in 2007. Since then he is focusing on assignments and consultancy projects for regional & international clients in the industrial field (hi-tech, automotive, energy, chemical, engineering, IT/TC) and financial services in Germany, DACH-region and global export-markets. In addition - he became CFR board member as of 2014. 1997 - 2007 GENERAL ELECTRIC Marc was Senior HR Director for all GE-business across DACH-region and built-up the Group's R&D-footprint for green energy, healthcare, aviation & sensor technology from scratch. Before he held developing HR Director/Manager in EMEA´s IT-solution business and financial solutions field of the Group. 1995 - 1997 | XEROX He worked for XEROX Germany as HR-Manager for Southern Germany - directly in the field sales/application technology/services. Until 1995 Aside of his studies - Marc got an intense idea what "leadership change" meant in practice for a working student of MBB/DASA (today EADS) in the hi-tech aviation sector. This cultural change was a milestone in engraving a highly professional aspiration for future change leadership and utmost HR-professionalism.
