Art was great at explaining everything about our well water and what we needed to do to get it safe for drinking. We never had well water before so he took his time walking us through what to expect. They were quick when it came to installing the new filtration system.

If I could have given a higher rating than a 5 I would have without hesitation. Let me just start off by saying this is easily one of my favorite businesses to deal with. I know that sounds odd but from their office staff to their field men everyone is so kind, respectful, and honest. I am completely blown away with Art and his staff and everything they did to protect my family, help me in a pinch, and be willing to go into battle for me if needed. I am a Foster Mom and we ran into a small issue that threatened our current licensing situation; Art went above and beyond to make sure that the situation was handled quickly, efficiently, and was willing to speak on my behalf. WHAT A BLESSING! I must say that Art and his team are always honest and I never question what they are telling me about my water; he even went as far as explaining the science behind his job - it is so neat! Please do yourself a favor and look no further than Culligan for your water needs. I will forever be grateful for the relationship I have established with him and his team. Oh, and I HAVE to mention, the ladies working the front office are GOLD! They are so nice to talk to (and trust me I was a bit annoying at times I am sure)! They treated me like family and I will forever be a customer!
