DS2 - Key Persons
Dan is a football enthusiast who enjoys playing for his 5 a-side team and spends most weekends suffering watching his beloved Arsenal Fc. Being half Spanish, when possible, he loves going back to Spain to indulge in the local cuisine. He also enjoys learning from various cultures and trying different foods, having spent a few months in South America and more recently travelled around Thailand.
As a RICS Registered Valuer, Emma assists with valuation instructions, including for land and affordable housing, in addition to planning viability and disposal work.
Emma is never happier than when exploring ancient ruins abroad, playing netball, or running along Regent's Canal in the sunshine.
Jack spends his weekends exploring the local countryside getting walked by his dog.
Jasmine is passionate about cooking and trying new cuisines, while also travelling to new places.
When possible, she loves going back to Mauritius to see family, and to enjoy the island culture.
Now that his RICS APC is done, Joe enjoys being outdoors and will often be found out and about on his bike or hiking in the Yorkshire Hills.
Liam is an avid Liverpool FC supporter and when pushed to use his vacation days, enjoys visiting new places around the world. Liam keeps active through regular football games and exploring the countryside on long runs. He also tries to play golf, although admits, still quite badly.
Matt is an avid foodie and is slowly but surely making his way through London's food hotspots. When he's not eating, he enjoys cycling, running, swimming and the gym. Matt takes every opportunity to travel, with his favourite places he's visited (so far) being Australia and Bali.
Olly's main passion is rugby and will either be found playing the game or watching his beloved Bath Rugby. When not following the sport he loves, he tries to travel to exotic places including Fiji, Colombia and Australia.

Pascal is a founding partner of DS2 and a Chartered Surveyor with 25 years' experience in a London planning and development capacity. In his spare time, he manages his son's Sunday football side, the (DS2 sponsored) Esher Royals U17 in the Surrey Primary league and plays for Claygate Hounds in the Surrey vets league. To wind down, he competes in various off-road / trail races including the Marathon des Sables, Pilgrims and Brecon Ultras - if that is considered ‘winding down'.
When not indulging her passion for skiing in the mountains, Rebecca can be found marathon training along the river Thames, in a spinning studio, or on a boat in The Solent.
Steve spends his weekends in the Surrey Hills looking at someone's back wheel. Albeit, yet to find a team event where Steve does not come out on top.
Susan's competitive spirit has been demonstrated by her completion of numerous ultra-marathons. That same spirit emerges in other ways, such as her enthusiastic ‘leadership' for team drinks.
