We do not do business with countries, companies or organizations… we always do business with people. DBw…P puts together personal experience with well established theories to help people communication specially (but not uniquely) in an European business environment... When I first started living and working in a foreign country I realised that that my "normal" way of acting was provoking unusual-negative reactions in colleagues and customers. After a difficult learning curve that almost finishes with my professional career (twice) I started realising that effective communication with people of different cultures is especially challenging.
