Ms. Caroline Hackshaw joined McNamara Corporate Services Inc. in as the Personal Assistant to Rhory McNamara.
Caroline has extensive experience in International Business Company formations and management. As such Caroline handles most of the International Business Company incorporations, the maintenance of the corporate files and registers and as the personal liason between our clients and the IBC Registry.
Ms. Jeanine Polius joined McNamara Corporate Services Inc. in 2013 as an office assistant.
Jeanine now has the responsibility for maintaining up to date due diligence on all clients and ensuring that McNamara Corporate Services Inc. complies with and maintains the highest standards in relation to the Money Laundering Prevention Act and the Know Your Client requirements under St. Lucia's governing legislation.
Jeanine also assists both Caroline and Suzanne in the effective and timely execution of their duties.

Suzanne is a fully qualified legal secretary / clerk with over 20 years of experience.
Suzanne has responsibility for handling all domestic company related incorporations, maintenance of the domestic company files and as a liaison between our clients and the domestic Registry of Companies. In addition she is responsible for assisting Rhory McNamara in all aspects of the legal & advisory services offered.
