Fiona joined Nicholson's from school at 16, since then she has developed her managerial qualifications and holds a NEBOSH diploma.
Fiona's roles include all accounts matters, updating customers with current works and dealing with day to day comunications, as a sound communicator Fiona is focused on driving the company forwards, whilst at the same time providing excellent customer service.
John has over 40 years experience in engineering production and was instrumental in building Nicholsons into the competative company it is today.
Being mainly office-workshop based John overseas the workshop aspect of all fabrication work prior to them leaving the workshop to be fitted on site.
John has a wealth of practical knowledge within Bridge, port and harbours, temporary works and works within the Rail industry.
If you have a 'Can You?' question John is the man to ask for an approachable and friendly solution.
Paul has work with the family business for over 25 years, starting out as an apprentice welder then working through the roles within the company to his current position.
With this practical approach Paul is able to identify, quickly possible problems faced by collegues and using his ability to problem solve any situation.
Having recently gained his CITB management of construction site safety award, Paul is now in charge of all site work.
Paul also has a wealth of practical knowledge within Bridge, port and harbours, temporary works and works within the Rail industry.
Susan Joined Nicholson's 20 years ago and is employed to handle the day to day office administration for the company, whilst acting as PA to Fiona.
As the face of Nicholson's Susan will normally be the first point off contact for new current, and returning customers.
