Cheryl Redmond, administrative assistant, joined The Ridgewood Shenango team in 2014. Cheryl has two daughters, a son-in-law, and three grandsons. She enjoys swimming and working outside - mowing, weeding, and gardening. She also loves music, especially live performances. Cheryl resides in Hermitage. She likes her job because, "I get to meet new people all the time. I always stay busy and the days fly by. I leave at night knowing I haven't changed the world, but maybe made someone else's day easier."

Robin Knight, director of Personal Care Services, has worked for St. Paul's since 2011. St. Paul's is the managing partner of Partners in Senior Care. Robin has served in personal care administration for more than 25 years and as an LPN since 1981. She resides in Emlenton with her husband Stephen. Her favorite pastimes are baking, antiques, and family activities.

Samantha Solyan is the Resident Care Coordinator at The Ridgewood at Shenango Valley where she has worked since 2010. She holds an associate's degree from LTI and earned her LPN from Choffin Career and Technical Center in Youngstown, Ohio. She has served the residents as a personal care attendant and the head nurse and accepted her current position winter 2019. "I am thrilled to put my education and experience into practice to better serve our residents and families."
