Over 35 years of home building and home renovation expertise is packaged into Louie's brain. He can take an idea see it through and build it. As a seasoned home builder, Louie prides himself on delivering luxury, style and value to his customers.
With his extensive experience with home building and renovations he has learned to mitigate and overcome every challenge he's faced. Louie's new home builds and home renovation projects have earned SLV Homes regional and national home building awards and recognition for design, build and excellence. Louie sets higher than industry standards for himself and his team. He puts all his passion and commitment into every element of his work.
Louie is currently President of the Ontario Home Builders' Association and has served on many panels and boards over the years including Local associations and is a member of Tarion's Construction Performance Guideline Committee. His work achievements have been recognized in several home magazines.
Mark as VP of Operations oversees the daily operations of the company while assisting with all things as they arise. He has years of leadership experience giving him the advantage to safeguard that our SLV Team always circles back to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Mark personally works closely with our clients on the Tarion Warranty associated with our new home builds. His integrity and honestly assures to deliver the best care possible to our clients and a safe and happy home. Mark sets precedence to reassure that every finished product is completed with the highest level of craftsmanship by our award-winning team at SLV Homes.
Mark started working with SLV Homes from the very beginning.
His work experiences has provided him extensive knowledge in every detail involved in the building process of new homes or renovations.
Mark is well on is way to being groomed to take over the company while being mentored by Louie Zagordo one project at a time.
Mark personally handles your project big or small turning your dreams into a reality. He works effectively with our sub-trades to ensure that all components of the project are achieved and completed on time.

Sheldon with his Bachelor of Architecture works alongside Eliamny to assist in the design and concept process of our projects.
Sheldon will attend site visits to acquire a visual of the work space to enhance his talent creating multiple design ideas and showcase them in 3D renderings so our clients can visually see the proposed finished product.
