I have worked in the mental health field for over 25 years, helping people overcome feelings of hopelessness, helplessness, low self-esteem, addiction and other mental health issues. I also assist people who have health conditions that impact quality of life... I'm a certified EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) therapist with a specialization working with people who have experienced trauma and other adverse life experiences...
