Bob joined the Upstate team in July of 1998 as an estimator in training. He has served in several management roles since then, including Project Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and his current role as Chief Executive Officer (sole owner).
Bob enjoys giving back to the construction industry by serving in multiple leadership roles. In his free time he also enjoys golf and boating.

Dan's career at Upstate began in July of 1978 when he began to learn the roofing trade. Since, Dan has served in multiple roles such as assistance foreman, foreman, field superintendent and his current role as V.P. of Roofing Operations.
Dan's duties include the oversight of Upstate's low slope and steep slope roofing divisions. Many of Dan's teammates have been promoted as a result of Dan's desire to train and sharpen their technical and management skills.
Dan earned an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Delhi AG-Tech in 1977.
In 2013, Dan was awarded one of the industry's highest national honors for a roofing field worker. The Roofing Alliance Best of the Best Award which was presented to Dan at the National Roofing Contractors Association Annual Convention Awards Ceremony in Austin, Texas.
Outside of work Dan enjoys spending time with his four grandchildren, his family, fishing and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.

Kim is responsible for all of the company's financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury and corporate finance. She also leads all human resource and IT activities.
She is a CPA and her career spans more than 30 years of varied experience in financial construction management.
Before joining Upstate Roofing & Painting in April 2003, Kim served in various Construction Management and Construction Analyst roles for Rochester based companies.
Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St John Fisher College.

Michael Loughborough joined the Upstate Roofing and Painting, Inc. team in 2007 to lead the newly formed Paint Division. What began as a team of 6 has since grown into a 35-member division that has become one of the top 5 commercial painting contractors in the Rochester area.
