The Wimmera Grain Store is part of a family group of businesses which grow, clean and market their own and other chickpeas, lentils and faba beans grown in the broader Wimmera/Mallee Region (season permitting)... So in 2011 The Wimmera Grain Store was founded by David's sister Jenny, to supply locally grown chickpeas, lentils and faba beans to Australian based food manufacturers, re packers, cafes and restaurants... At the Wimmera Grain Store we help food manufactures and re packers cater for healthy minded consumers. We supply Chickpeas, Lentils, Faba Beans as a whole, split, kibble and flour by the metric ton or 20kg/25 kg bag. We can supply farm dressed or machine dressed product. Our machine dressed pulses are processed through a HCCP approved facility and a robust quality system.
