Brad became a licensed plumber in the year 2008. In 2013 he started Wilson Plumbing Service with a small team of 6 people. Since then Brad has opened Wilson Storage, began Wilson Developments as well as Efficient Rental Solutions. Brad offers residential rentals of low rise and mid rise developments as well as commercial holdings and commercial spaces.

Brett started with Wilson Plumbing in 2017. in 2021 he became a licensed plumber and he handles plumbing management and purchasing.
Luke became a licensed plumber in 2017, that same year he joined Brad and his team. Luke manages the plumbing for Wilson Developments new construction.
