Aaron has been in the Finance department at NFL now for over 6 years. Prior to this, Aaron was a member of the Royal Navy travelling the world as a Radar and Sonar specialist. Having recently gained an AAT level 2 foundation and then an AAT level 3 diploma in accounting, he has climbed the ladder quickly at NFL from starting out as a Financial Assistant. Aaron heads up the Finance team at NFL and is keen to continue learning new skills and making the department as efficient as possible. Outside of work Aaron is a sports fan, both playing and watching, as well as spending time with his family and dogs.

Outside of work Amy's passions are Travelling, Fishing and spending time with Family, Friends and her puppy Bailey!

Ann-Marie has extensive knowledge and experience of working in the legal sector for over 20 years. She is very much a team player at NFL and prides herself on creating a rapport with the our clients leading to strong ongoing relationships. Ann-Marie holds an ILEX Legal Secretarial Diploma, gaining a distinction grade.
Ashley has over 7 years' experience in Conveyancing and specialises in New Build plot purchases and related sales as well as working on Leasehold transactions and ‘Buy to Let' matters. Ashley jointly heads up a team of assistants working closely with some of the biggest regional and national housing developers. Ashley is keen to progress in her career here at NFL and is always looking to broaden her knowledge in the field of Conveyancing. Ashley's hobbies and interests include spending time with her family and socialising with friends and family.
Carol has over 15 years' experience in Conveyancing and specialises in New Build plot purchases and related sales. Carol heads up a team of assistants and ensures that only the highest standards are maintained throughout any transactions that she and the team are dealing with. Carol works closely with some of the biggest regional and national housing developers to offer you an outstanding personal service to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible. Carol's hobbies and interests include eating and drinking out.

Cassie has over 20 years' experience in Property Law with a particular focus on property development work, she has been the Managing Director of NFL since 2014 and heads up the management team within the firm. Under Cassie's leadership, the business has introduced new teams, new branches and diversified greatly in services it can now offer within the sector, whilst continuing to adopt modern practices firmwide. Cassie's goals for NFL are for it to provide the best service possible for our existing, and new clients whilst upholding our already strong reputation. NFL is very much a modern Law firm with traditional values as well as having a strong community focus.
Charlotte has over 1 years' experience in Conveyancing having previously been a Legal Secretary in London. Charlotte holds a Legal Secretary Diploma. Charlotte is an assistant in the New Build team supporting the Conveyancing Executives with their caseloads. Charlotte is based at our Benfleet office and is keen to further her career within the industry and firm and to progress as far as possible!
Chelsey has over 4 years' experience in the Legal industry including 1 year in Conveyancing. Chelsey is an assistant in the New Build team supporting the Conveyancing Executives with their caseloads. Chelsey is based at our Benfleet office and is keen to further her career within the industry and firm by qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer in the near future.
Cheryl has over 25 years' experience in Conveyancing and specialises in New Build plot purchases and related sales. Cheryl jointly heads up a structured team who offer an excellent service to all clients throughout the process, working closely with some of the biggest regional and national housing developers. Danielle is a qualified Solicitor and Licensed Conveyancer who has been working in the Conveyancing sector since 2002. She is experienced in many areas and aspects of property law. Outside of work Danielle can either be found playing sport or following her passion for interior design and property development.
David has over 19 Years' experience of working within growing businesses ensuring all areas of the business run smoothly and evolve. At NFL he works in such a areas as finance, compliance, HR, change management, IT and business support, project management, facilities, security, business development and marketing, event management to name a few. David started at NFL in 2016 as Head of IT, then advanced to Practice Manager in 2017 and then Partner in 2020. Outside of work David can either be found playing football or spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer is an experienced new build Conveyancer. She covers all matters of new build work and is also GCILEx qualified with the view of qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in the future.
Jennifer has over 7 years' experience in Conveyancing and specialises in New Build plot purchases. Jennifer works closely with our Conveyancing Executives in the department, servicing clients of some of the largest regional and national housing developers. Jennifer is a team player and is always looking to broaden her knowledge in the field of Conveyancing. Jennifer has a very broad knowledge of Help to Buy transactions including Help to Buy ISA's. Jennifer's hobbies and interests include taking her four dogs on long walks.
Joanne has been working in the Private Client sector for over 25 years' and a Partner at NFL since 2020. She has lots of experience in many areas of Private Client work including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Probate matters. Joanne prides herself on providing an excellent yet personal service to all clients. Outside of work Joanne can either be found hitting the Gym, Walking, Reading or Cooking.
Julie has over 35 years' experience in Conveyancing and specialises in New Build related sales. Julie heads up a team of assistants and ensures that only the highest standards are maintained throughout any transactions that she and the team are dealing with. Julie works closely with some of the biggest regional and national housing developers to offer you an outstanding personal service to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible. Sarah has been working in the Legal sector now for over 5 years, undertaking various roles. Prior to this, Sarah spent 12 years in the Money Market sector working closely with in-house Legal teams and carrying out administrative roles.
