Yoga is a practice aligning the Body with Mind & Breath. At Amrithavarshini we follow the Krishnamacharya Tradition of Yoga wherein we combine and weave postures into sequences called "Vinyasa Krama". Various asana postures, breathing techniques, Kriyas, Bandhas, meditation and yoga nidra relaxation technique's are included in the practice to promote mental and physical well-being. We implement the Viniyoga style in which the needs of individual are kept in mind to help them practice without causing them any himsa at Body, mind, physical and emotional level... We support the practitioner to do the practice with modification, adaptation and challenge, helping them to start from where they are acknowledging the illnesses and limitations of the physical body and mind!
