We are very proud of the journey we have been on to become ‘two schools with one vision', where the children are at the heart of everything we do. All staff, including the Heads of School and Lead Practitioners, work collegiately across the Federation to drive our culture of high aspirations for all. The fluidity in movement of staff between the two schools enables the sharing of expertise and supports the drive for school improvement... We aim to provide a rich and varied curriculum through our wonderful and unique learning environments and extensive facilities. Teachers from both schools have PPA together, planning the same curriculum and experiences, including trips and residentials, which are attended as a Federation. Our school curriculum is designed to motivate and excite our children, as well as to provide them with the knowledge, skills and personal traits and dispositions that they need to embrace all opportunities, both now and in the future...
