I have been in the flooring industry for over 15 years and am so fortunate to be a part of the Bigelow team. The friendly skilled staff and positive atmosphere make coming to work enjoyable. As an interior decorator by certification, I have worked in different corners of the home improvement industry and enjoy seeing a client's concept come to completion. I believe it's important to help my clients select a product that's not only beautiful for their space, but that will fit with their lifestyle.
Excellent customer service is an extremely important part of making a customer a repeat customer. I am grateful to work with a great group of people here at Bigelow Flooring, they are truly a wealth of knowledge and go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels welcome.
When I started at Bigelow Flooring I was anxious about being in a new industry. However, after a short time, thanks to the wonderful people on the Bigelow team, I gained a great amount of knowledge and confidence in something new. The positive and refreshing work atmosphere has given me the confidence to learn more and the ability to help others enjoy the same Bigelow experience.
Having been in various construction and home improvement roles, I get a great sense of fulfilment from helping someone see their vision become reality. Keeping track of all the different bits and pieces of a project is something I find interesting and truly enjoy. Working at Bigelow Flooring has been as enjoyable as it has been rewarding for me. I have felt like family since first joining the team and I feel that very sentiment gets infused into the customer's experience. I believe this sort of energy is palpable to our customers and gives them the peace of mind to trust us with such a lasting impression such as their flooring. I have been involved with flooring for over 20 years. First, starting out as a young installer, then transitioned into opening our full-service flooring store with my brother Craig 15 years ago. Our number one goal is to service our customers like no other.
I was born and raised on Prince Edward Island along with my 3 brothers and sister. Our father is in the glass business. From a young age, he emphasized the importance of giving his customers great service. He also talked about the importance of being honest in both business and everyday life. We have a great team at Bigelow Flooring to ensure that you get the right product and care from the time you walk through our door to well beyond the completion of your installation.
With over 14 years of experience in the flooring industry I have been fortunate enough to be part of such a wonderful team here at Bigelow Flooring. Focusing on the customer service aspect and experience from start to finish is very important to myself and the Bigelow team. We offer a wide range of products with in house consultation and design striving to excel over and beyond the rest of the competition.

I have worked in the flooring industry for the past 20 years. I have both installation and product knowledge which are beneficial when assisting customers with their floor covering selections.
