Henrike Strobl is an expert in advising and representing clients in the areas of copyright law and industrial property law, in particular trade mark law, as well as in the areas of competition and e-commerce law. With over 15 years in private practice, Julian Waiblinger is an experienced IP lawyer specialized in European and German copyright law. He regularly advises and represents clients in the film, sports, games, music and publishing sectors in high profile IP cases and online enforcement matters.

Malte Baumann's practice includes primarily copyright, information technology and competition law. He provides comprehensive advice on issues of liability, licensing and remuneration. A particular focus of his work is on technology-related areas of copyright law - such as artificial intelligence and online enforcement matters. Stanislaus Jaworski specialises in copyright, unfair competition, trade mark and intellectual property law. He is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience in the areas of product piracy, music law, copyright remuneration claims and trade mark and unfair competition law.
He utilises his extensive litigation experience to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients in negotiations - usually before court proceedings are initiated.

Stefanie Kampmann advises national and international clients in the areas of trade mark, design, unfair competition and copyright law.
Her expertise lies in the development and implementation of international strategies for the development and defense of intellectual property portfolios, particularly in the field of trade marks. This includes conducting availability searches as well as assisting with application, opposition and cancellation proceedings. Thomas W. Boddien has many years' experience in the fields of trade mark law, competition law, data protection law and copyright law. Duygu Üge advises on copyright, trade mark, design and competition law. Her clients include national and international companies and associations, from start-ups to globally active corporations. Duygu Üge studied law in Berlin and Istanbul. Ronny Hauck studied in Erlangen and Augsburg (Dr. iur.), after which he worked as research assistant at Technical University Munich, among others. He then worked as an attorney-at-law in Munich for one of the leading German law firms. Ronny Hauck finished his Habilitation in 2014 at the University of Ausgburg. He has held a guest professorship at the Humboldt University in Berlin from 2016 to 2023; in 2023 he was appointed adjunct professor. In 2023 Ronny Hauck was furthermore Counsel in a law firm specialized in patent law. He is a university professor (Chair of Civil Law, in particular Innovation and Technology Law) at TU Bergakademie Freiberg since March 2024.
