D3Bio is a collaboration between the Opportunity Through Entrepreneurship Foundation (OTEF), an Arizona 501c3 corporation, and the Arizona Bioindustry Association, Inc. (AZBio) and will operate as a division under OTEF... D3Bio is an operating division of the Opportunity Through Entrepreneurship Foundation (OTEF) a not-for-profit, 501 (c)3 incorporated in the State of Arizona... D3Bio provides students the opportunity to make connections with industry leaders. Over 1,000 Arizona Students have participated in these programs since they began in 2011.
