Brittany Masterson

Brittany is originally from San Diego, CA where she attended CSUSM and majored in Literature and Writing Studies. While in San Diego, she founded a group connecting women who are experiencing domestic violence with local resources and support. Brittany attended Lewis & Clark Law School in Oregon where she sat on the Admissions Board and the Board of Professionalism. She was a Moot Court Mock Trial Regional Selectee and the Recipient of the Oregon State Bar Securities Regulation Scholarship. While in Oregon, Brittany helped found a free legal clinic for those struggling with housing security that is currently up for grants. She also sat on the board of a local non-profit that sought to bring peaceful change back to Portland. Brittany sat for the Oregon Bar and is currently sitting for the Florida Bar. Her legal experience includes real property and government acquisitions, natural resource law, and family law with non-legal experience in marketing and promotions.

Brittany Varrichio

Brittany was born and raised in Pasco/Hernando County Florida. She received her bachelor's in criminology from the University of South Florida. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M College of Law. Upon graduation, Brittany served many years as a Prosecutor for the Fifth Judicial Circuit in Hernando County, where she prosecuted individuals for crimes they committed. She gained much trial experience litigating misdemeanor, juvenile, and felony trials. She now uses this valuable knowledge to fight for her client's rights. She approaches each case with compassion and tenacity. In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Daniel Rivera

Daniel then moved to the Sunshine State and attended law school at the University of Miami School of Law. She now resides in Deltona, FL with her husband and stepdaughters. Jennifer attended Indianapolis University - Purdue University of Indianapolis (IUPUI) as a teen for Spanish studies. She obtained her B. A. from Millikin University in Decatur, IL. She then attended the Barry University of Orlando, FL where she obtained her J.D. While she attended Barry University, she received a Book Award in the International Studies of Sea Piracy. In law school, she was a member of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund (SALDF). During her undergraduate program, Jennifer was a member of Alpha Phi Omega (APO). Jennifer has volunteered for soup kitchens in Decatur, IL, Indianapolis, IN, and Lafayette, IN, as well as Habitat with Humanity. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys ballroom dancing, painting with acrylics, and reading for leisure.

Luis is a Florida Board Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Litigation. Born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y., He received his undergraduate degree from the State University of NY at Geneseo, receiving Graduate of the Year recognition. He then attended Law School at Syracuse University, earning his Juris Doctor with high honors in 1979. While a student at both universities, He received recognition awards for his scholastic achievements and community service. Luis served as a Police Legal Adviser for the City of Tampa and has been the lead trial attorney for several major insurance companies. Luis has tried numerous cases on both state and federal levels throughout Florida. Luis has several reported decisions from Florida Appellate Courts and the Florida Supreme Court. Since 2002, He has concentrated his efforts exclusively for clients that have been injured by the negligence of others. Luis has been featured as a lecturer in Tort Litigation and Ethics by several professional organizations and has also been published in several legal periodicals. He is a former vice president of the Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida, a past officer of the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida, a Board member of the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association. and has served on the Florida Bar Continuing Education Committee. During her time in law school, Sara was the Marketing Editor of the WMU-Cooley Journal of Practical & Clinical Law, an executive board member of the Mock Trial organization, and was the recipient of the Alumni Association's Distinguished Student Award and the Leadership Achievement Award. Sara also co-authored a Florida-specific Contract Law casebook that is being used in WMU-Cooley's Contracts Law courses and is a former adjunct professor at WMU-Cooley's Tampa Campus.
