LAB ON A BEAD

Lab on a Bead AB is a Swedish biotech company focused on research, development and sales of the next generation high-capacity magnetic separation platform for the purification of biomolecules from the low microliter laboratory scale to the high liters of preparation scale... Lab on a Bead AB was founded in 2007 by Björn Strandwitz and Sven Oscarsson. Shortly afterwards the company grew to also involve four researchers in the fields of chemistry and magnetism at Angstrom Laboratory, Uppsala University in Sweden. Today the Research and Development facility is located at Uppsala Business Park.
