In the enterprise, security should be about the business. And for particulars, it should be about you. If it is is difficult to use or understand, we have failed to do our job properly. When a user reuses passwords, or doesn't realize that erasing a photo from his phone does not delete it from the internet or executes malicious software (Trojan) on his computer it is US, as security professionals who are at fault.
