We have created this database to unify a number of separate and unsophisticated systems currently in place. Among our goals to unify information and promote better communication, the ability to generate certain up to date reports was key to adding business value. We have created the ability to generate an up to date report of all units that are currently vacant, as well as units in which the current tenant leases are expiring soon. This gives customer service and front office staff the ability to quickly and conveniently answer questions from potential tenants, without having to send the customer's question to the leasing managers who are often out of the office. Also among our top priorities was organizing work orders into a user friendly system, that will significantly decrease the chances of a tenant issue to go unfixed. We believe that our database has met our goals and if implemented will add significant business value to the firm.
