In many parts of the world, that we focus on, and even in some industries and communities in the Western world, women can still be considered second class citizens. They get hired last and get fired first. They occupy lower level positions and get paid far less than their male counterparts, even when they are clearly more experienced and better educated. They still have to suffer abuse and humiliation in the form of harassment and we believe the only way this will change is if more women rise to the top in their communities and within their companies, and are able to do it as women and not as male clones. A woman should not have to pretend to be a man, to play golf and to go hunting (unless she really likes it), to go drinking with the guys, or to yell into the karaoke machine louder than the guys, to wear suits that make her look like a man, or to not be able to have a normal romantic relationship, simply because if she does not she would not be promoted.
