Ahmed joined Motif Doha in June 2018; he's leading the creative team to deliver the highest level of quality.
In 2001, his passion for design and art drove him to start his career while he was a college student. After graduation with a BA degree in Interior Architecture from Damascus University, he moved on to success in the brand experience design.
He has extensive knowledge in orchestrating creative projects encompassing everything from brand identity, visual communications, and installation design to events, interior to immersive applications design and content creation.
Ahmed has worked with a number of flagship brands, such as Salam International, Ooredoo, Qatar University, ICT Qatar, Vodafone, Ferrari, The Gate Mall, Qatar Foundation, Audi, Royal Dutch Shell, Qatar Petroleum, General Motors, Jaguar Land Rover, BMW, Msheireb Properties and Aljazeera.
On a personal level, Ahmed spends his time reading, listening to music and enjoys making his art.

Amer joined Motif recently in 2017. Amer is well organised, hardworking, team member with great passion towards his work. He is a professional 3D artist and motion graphic designer. He's been a 3D artist since 1999 and has since worked for various companies in Syria, Saudi Arabia and various other places.

Anas is highly skilled and creative Visualizer and Art Worker. He joint Motif in 2015 and has since been delivering very creative and artistic results. He has worked for various high profile clients with excellent records of delivery and quality. His professional skills include: creating smart logos and brand identity, creative advertising, press and digital printing, package design, finishing artwork and many more.
During his long years of this domain, Anas has developed excellent professional skills in industry leading software including: Adobe in Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Corel Draw, Adobe Premier, 3DS MAX and Adobe Flash.
Fadi is Motif's founder and CEO since it started in London in 2011. Under his leadership, Motif has successfully expanded to Qatar in 2014 and Turkey in 2016. Those who know Fadi appreciate his natural ability to deal with challenges smoothly and creatively.
In addition to his positive attitude, he works tirelessly to ensure cohesive links between Motif's international offices for optimal level of performance.
Fadi holds a degree in Business with a passion for marketing, especially within creative settings. He believes team spirit is a driving force to achieve ultimate success, a belief which proved true under his leadership of a team of 50 creative artists from different cultural backgrounds. For him, Motif is not just a business but rather a way of life that he enjoys, values and look forward to.
In addition to business, Fadi is passionate for art and human innovation. He has worked on various art projects including his first artistic book Colours in the Times of Revolution and many art exhibitions which he co-curated with other artists in London.
Fadi believes in education as a solution for all problems. That's why he founded Mosaic, a successful humanitarian initiative helping many in deprived areas to continue their education.
Hussam joined Motif team in 2017. Prior to Motif, he has worked for well known companies.
Hussam has more than 9 years of experience in web development. He has a strong knowledge in PHP with a solid background in PHP frameworks including Laravel and CodeIgniter.
He has developed many WordPress and Drupal themes and plugins. He has also developed many IOS and Android mobile applications using Ionic framework. As an experienced web developer, he has a solid knowledge and experience in JavaScript, Angular and Typescript.

Mai has been working for Motif since 2019. Graduated from the University of Ottawa, With a Mass Communication Bachelor, Broadcasting Major in 2015.
She has experience in Digital Marketing such as Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Digital Marketing Campaigns. With a passion for media and marketing. She worked with multiple nationality clients and got accustomed to various cultures.
During college years she was the talent manager in AIESEC a student exchange organization and volunteered in Chelyabinsk Russia in 2014.
Manhal joined Motif recently in 2017. He is a member of our team of motion graphic designers. He is also a VFX artist with a magic hand in cameras and video production.
Manhal obtained his bachelor's degree in 2009.

Nawar is Motif's Account Manager with responsibilities across different accounts. She joined us in 2018 and brought with her 13 years of experience working in top-tier agencies in Jordan, handling the business of KIA Motors, Nabil Foods, and The Group.
Her interest in advertising and big corporate-sponsored events drove her to major in Marketing at Yarmouk University, and the reward she gets from seeing her own marketing campaigns come to life fuels her strong passion for advertising.
